Overview

This presentation is a continuation of Nicole Wilson’s Ötzi, an exhibition and durational performance based on 10 years of research and time-based documentation. The premiere of Ötzi at Praise Shadows in Boston in June 2021 was praised by The Boston Globe as a “heartening exhibition [that] sweeps from 3300 BCE to 2021, hitting on touchstones along the way: mummies, tattoos, and the worth of a digital file.” The exhibition at Three Kings Brooklyn’s Greenpoint location is followed by presentations at Three Kings Los Angeles in early 2022, and at Three Kings London in June 2022.
