"Conductor Art Fair marked its debut last night at Powerhouse Arts in Gowanus, with a landmark VIP preview night, one day ahead of the fair’s public run from April 30–May 3. Led by Powerhous Arts President Eric Shiner and Fair Director Adriana Farietta, the evening drew over 800 guests who were greeted by installations from Juan Jose Barboza-Gubo, House of Silence by Vuslat, and Sana Frini before embarking on a self-guided tour through 28 gallery exhibitors and 20 additional special projects. The night’s energy reached its height with a performance by Grammy-nominated artist Lido Pimienta, with an acapella flourish and a profound stillness within the room..."
